Advanced Provincial Development (Train to train) Group Information
5 sessions of 1.5 to 2 hours per week
This program is for swimmers who have achieved their provincial standards. They must be able to swim a 400 free and 400 IM. Swimmers in the Advanced Provincial Development group have a very high commitment level to the sport and are striving to reach higher levels. This group will focus on starts, stroke perfection, flip turn and streamline. Swimmers will be invited to the Lac St-Louis regional competitions and other eligible competitions.
