Age Group 1, 2 and 3 Group Information
Age group 1 (Train to train)
3 sessions of 1.5 or 2 hours per week
This program is for swimmers who have previously swam either in our club or another swim club. These swimmers must show their ability to swim all four strokes and demonstrate great endurance. They must be able to continuously swim 400 meters without stopping. Swimmers will be invited to participate in events with provincial standards and other eligible meets. This group will be introduced to more advance training methods and more importantly begin to develop the attitude and work ethic required to becoming a successful athlete.

Age Group 2 & 3 (Learn to train)
3 sessions of 1 hour per week
This program is for swimmers who are trying to achieve their provincial standards. These swimmers must show their ability to swim 100m front crawl, 100m back stroke and 50m breast stroke and basic butterfly stroke. They must demonstrate that they have the potential to swim a continuous 400 free by the end of the season. Swimmers will be invited to participate in events with no standards. This group will be introduced to more advance training methods and more importantly begin to develop an attitude and work ethic required to become a successful athlete.
